How to withdraw the funds collected by RayPlus Money?
For withdrawal of funds collected by Mobile Money, RayPlus Money allows you to withdraw your money as soon as you wish. To do this, simply fill out the withdrawal request form. The platform processes requests every thirty (30) minutes.
With regard to funds collected by card payments, RayPlus Money makes monthly payments. -
What are the conditions for integrating RayPlus Money tools?
To use the tools of RayPlus Money, it is advisable for companies to be legally registered. It is also necessary that the use that you will make of our tools complies with the law in force in the country (ies) in which you operate.

Does my customers pay additional fees?
With RayPlus Money, it is possible to configure the payment of fees by the end customer or by the merchant. At RayPlus Money, and by default, the costs are borne by the merchant.

Some countries I need are not on your list. What to do ?
Currently, RayPlus Money covers only four (4) countries. However, we have started the necessary steps for the addition of new countries, especially those in the West Africa zone.
